Effective date: July 11, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Joker Obfuscator, the website at jokerobfuscator.com, the Discord bot, the public API, and any related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Joker Obfuscator ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, purchasing credits or a subscription, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Joker Obfuscator is a code transformation service. You submit source code, and the Service returns a transformed version of that code that is intended to be more difficult for other people to read, copy, or reuse. Some features are free, and others require a paid subscription or the purchase of usage credits.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Where a change materially reduces functionality you have already paid for, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
You must be at least 13 years old, or older where the law of your country requires a higher minimum age, to use the Service. If you are not old enough to consent to these Terms on your own, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials, API keys, and session tokens confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend accounts that are created to evade usage limits, bans, promotional restrictions, or anti-abuse measures.
You may only submit code that you own or that you are authorized to use and transform. You represent and warrant that your submissions do not violate any law or infringe the rights of any third party.
You are solely responsible for the content, purpose, and legality of any code you submit and of any transformed output you distribute or deploy. Using the Service does not change what your code does, and it does not change your legal responsibility for it.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to receive, process, transform, and return your submitted code solely as needed to provide the Service to you. We do not retain your submitted code or the transformed output after processing, except for any script you choose to store using the optional premium Vault feature. We claim no ownership of your code.
You agree that you will not use the Service to do any of the following:
We screen submitted files for malware and indicators of abuse. This screening exists to protect the Service, our users, and the public. It is automated and imperfect, and it does not constitute a review, approval, or endorsement of your code. Screening does not make us the author or publisher of your code, and it does not transfer any responsibility for your code from you to us.
We may refuse to process any submission, and we may suspend or terminate accounts, at our discretion, where we believe the Service is being used in violation of these Terms or in a way that creates risk for us or for others.
Paid features are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our systems. By making a purchase you agree to the pricing shown at checkout.
Usage credits are consumed when you run paid operations. If a paid operation fails on our side, the associated credits are returned to your balance. Credits are tied to your account, are not transferable, and have no cash value. Except where required by law, purchases of credits and subscription fees are non-refundable.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change prices prospectively; price changes never apply retroactively to time you have already paid for.
Participation in our reseller and white-label partner program is subject to a separate partner agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed partner agreement, the partner agreement controls for the matters it covers.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our written permission.
Your code remains yours. As between you and us, you own the transformed output generated from your own code, and you may use it subject to these Terms and to your compliance with the rights of any third parties whose material your code contains.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if your use creates legal or security risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including those covering responsibility for your code, payments, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Code obfuscation raises the cost and effort required to read or copy code; it is not an absolute protection. We do not guarantee that transformed output cannot be analyzed, decompiled, or reversed, and we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Please read our Legal Disclaimer for more detail.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of the code you submit, the output you distribute, or your violation of these Terms or of applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and take reasonable steps to notify you, such as a notice on the site. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the courts of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, unless applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected]. You can also open a support ticket from your dashboard or reach us through our Discord community.
